TCR Sequencing

ImmunoServ's TCR sequencing service utilising pioneering technology from iRepertoire.

T cell receptors (TCRs) are crucial components of the adaptive immune system, located on the surface of T cells. They play a pivotal role in recognising and interacting with antigens presented by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules.  By characterizing the TCR repertoire, TCR sequencing provides insights into immune responses, disease mechanisms, and potential therapeutic targets, making it a valuable tool in immunological research and clinical practice.

ImmunoServ’s TCR sequencing service

Our TCR sequencing service is provided in partnership with iRepertoire. Using iRepertoire’s pioneering technology, we offer a bespoke TCR sequencing service based on your research requirements:

  1. Compatible with a range of starting materials:
  • Whole blood, tissues, PBMCs, sorted cells.
  • Human or Mouse samples
  • RNA or gDNA

  1. Chose from the following chains:
  • TCR alpha, beta, delta or gamma
  • BCR IgH or IgK/L

  1. Sequence coverage options:
  • Short amplicon (FR3-CDR3)
  • Long amplicon (FR1-CDR3 in Human, FR2-CDR3 in mouse)
